Why is my push button toilet not flushing?
This is caused by the syphon or flush valve not closing properly. If you have a lever operated toilet then it could be stuck up, if it is push button then the valve is not seating properly. This allows water to flow into the bowl and can be caused by debris or the seal being damaged.
Do you have any buttons that are easier to push, my wife and grandchildren struggle to use the small push button
Our Small, 51mm Dia buttons, can be replaced with a Single Flush Royal Palm Push Button (part no. 324379) or our Dual Flush Dudley Pearl Palm Push Plate (part no. 324762) these button stand proud of the finished surface, and the button then only has to be pushed flat to the surface, to operate the flush. This tends to be easier to use than having to push the button into a recess.
